基于POI数据城市游憩空间结构特征及影响因素研究——以合肥市为例

摘　　要：进入大众旅游时代,日常游憩已成为居民生活的新常态。作为开展游憩活动的载体,城市游憩空间的塑造对于释放城市空间的多重价值、提升城乡居民生活幸福感具有重要意义。文章基于POI数据,运用回转半径法、空间分布曲线、核密度估计等方法,对合肥市游憩空间的结构特征和影响因素进行研究。结果表明:(1)合肥市游憩空间分布的圈层特征明显,呈双环集聚型结构,距城市中心20 km以内的主城区和60~70 km范围的环城区是承载游憩活动的核心地带。(2)各类游憩空间集聚特征差异显著,自然生态、人文观光、商业娱乐空间多呈近城集聚态势,而运动休闲空间则密集分布在城乡交界地带,对山水农林资源的依附性较强。(3)城市总体游憩空间向西北——东南方向偏离,空间分布重心向巢湖方向偏移,与城市发展方向相契合。(4)资源禀赋、市场供需、政策规划是影响合肥游憩空间形成的重要因素,本质上,合肥游憩空间结构的形成是在城市发展的总体格局下,市场需求驱动游憩设施供给增加、游憩业态丰富多元、游憩场地自发集聚的结果。In the era of mass tourism,daily leisure has become a new norm in people’s lives.As a carrier for recreational activities,the shaping of urban recreational spaces is of great significance for releasing the multiple values of urban space and enhancing the happiness of people’s lives.This article is based on POI data and uses such methods as radius of gyration,spatial distribution curve,and kernel density estimation to study the structural characteristics and influencing factors of recreational spaces in Hefei.The results indicate that:(1)The distribution of recreational space in Hefei has obvious circular characteristics,presenting a dual ring agglomeration structure.The downtown within 20 km from the city center and the surrounding area within 60~70 km are the core areas to carry recreational activities.(2)There are significant differences in the spatial clustering characteristics of various types of recreational areas.Natural ecology,cultural sightseeing,and commercial entertainment areas are mostly clustered near the city,while sports and leisure areas are densely distributed in the urban-rural bor der,with strong dependence on mountains,rivers,agriculture,and forestry resources.(3)The overall recreational space of the city deviates towards the northwest-southeast direction,and the distribution center of recreational areas shifts towards the direction of Chaohu Lake,which is in line with the direction of urban development.(4)Resource endowment,market demand-supply,and policy planning are important factors that affect the formation of Hefei recreational space.The structure of the recreational space is the result of increased supply of recreational facilities driven by market demand,rich and diverse recreational formats,and spontaneous agglomeration of recreational sites in the overall pattern of urban development.
