摘 要:采用溶剂热法合成了CQDs/BiOBr/ZnO异质结光催化剂。以氙灯为光源,研究制备催化剂对亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B的降解性能。结果表明,CQDs的修饰和BiOBr/ZnO异质结的形成都会提升ZnO的光催化降解性能。在相同条件下,CQDs/BiOBr/ZnO在60分钟内对亚甲基蓝的降解效率为88%,降解速率常数分别是BiOBr/ZnO和纯ZnO的1.13倍和3.78倍,经过5次重复试验后,催化剂仍具有良好的稳定性。CQDs/BiOBr/ZnO heterojunction photocatalysts were synthesized by solvothermal method.Using a xenon lamp as the light source,the degradation performance of the prepared catalyst for methylene blue and Rhodamine B were studied.The results indicated that the doping of CQDs and the formation of BiOBr/ZnO heterojunctions can enhance the photocatalytic degradation performance of ZnO.Under the same conditions,the degradation eff iciency of CQDs/BiOBr/ZnO towards methylene blue within 60 minutes is 88%,and the degradation rate constants are 1.13 times and 3.78 times higher than those of BiOBr/ZnO and pure ZnO,respectively.After 5 repeated experiments,the catalyst still exhibits good stability.
