超高压往复压缩机的常见故障及处理

摘　　要：压缩机是输送气体并提高气体压力能的机器。在石油化工行业中,压缩机主要压缩原料气、空气或中间过程的介质气体,以满足生产工艺的需要,压缩机按其工作原理可分为速度型和容积型两种。超高压压缩机是指排气压力100 MPa以上的压缩机,通常为往复式,属于容积型压缩机的一种,目前主要应用于高压聚乙烯装置和EVA装置。文章主要总结超高压往复压缩机的常见故障,并介绍处理方法。Compressor is a conveying gas and improve the gas pressure energy of the machine,in the petrochemical industry,the compressor is mainly compressed raw gas,air or intermediate process of the medium gas,to meet the needs of the production process,compressor according to its working principle can be divided into speed type and volume type two.The ultra-high pressure compressor refers to the compressor with the exhaust pressure of more than 100 MPa,which is usually reciprocating and belongs to a kind of positive displacement compressor,which is mainly used in high pressure polyethylene devices and EVA devices.This paper mainly summarizes the common faults of the ultra-high pressure reciprocating compressor and introduces the treatment methods.
