摘 要:针对现有单比特测频技术瞬时带宽有限、双音信号输入检测概率有限等缺点,给出一种改进的单比特瞬时测频方法,采用基于信号功率实时分析和选大平均融合门限生成恒虚警检测算法,给出了FPGA中并行实时处理的测频结构,实现了采样率为38.4 GHz、瞬时带宽为2~18 GHz的信号瞬时测频。仿真结果表明,该算法在信噪比大于等于-10 dB情况下,检测概率达到99%以上,提升了信号的检测概率。双音信号动态范围方面,当检测概率为80%时,双音信号动态范围可达到5.9 dB。该方法测频误差优于千分之一,瞬时测频时间优于200 ns。In response to the shortcomings of limited instantaneous bandwidth and the limited detection prob-ability of dual tone signals in existing single bit frequency measurement technologies,an improved single bit in-stantaneous frequency measurement method is proposed.Based on real-time signal power analysis and large aver-age fusion threshold generation constant false alarm detection algorithm,a parallel real-time processing frequency measurement structure in FPGA is provided,achieving instantaneous frequency measurement of signals with a sampling rate of 38.4 GHz and an instantaneous bandwidth of 2~18 GHz.The simulation results show that the detection probability of the algorithm reaches over 99%when the signal-to-noise ratio is greater than or equal to-10 dB,improving the detection probability of the signal.In terms of the dynamic range of the dual tone signal,when the detection probability is 80%,the dynamic range of the dual tone signal reaches 5.9 dB.The frequency measurement error of this method is better than one thousandth,and the instantaneous frequency measurement time is better than 200 ns.
