摘 要:目的,探讨不同热身方案对高校足球运动员体能表现的急性影响。方法,选取18名健康的高校男子足球运动员,共进行4次测试。选用FIFA 11+、Harmo Knee、动态热身、常规热身4种方案中的1种进行热身,热身后立即对队员的30m冲刺跑、垂直纵跳、柔韧和灵敏进行测试。结果,FIFA 11+、Harmo Knee、动态热身方案后队员的30m成绩和Illinois跑均显著低于常规热身方案(P<0.05),垂直纵跳成绩均显著高于常规热身方案(P<0.05);FIFA 11+、动态热身方案后队员的30m成绩均显著低于Harmo Knee方案(P<0.05);4种热身方案后队员即刻坐位体前屈成绩差异不显著。结论,FIFA 11+、Harmo Knee、动态热身方案对提升队员的速度、下肢爆发力、灵敏表现的即时效应均优于常规热身方案;FIFA 11+、动态热身方案对提升队员的速度表现的即时效应优于Harmo Knee方案;4种热身方案对提升队员柔韧表现的即时效应无明显差异。建议针对不同主题的训练选择合适的热身方案,以提升队员的综合表现。Objective:To explore the acute effects of different warm-up plans on the performance of college football players.Method:18 healthy male football players from universities were selected for a total of 4 tests.Choose one of the four warm-up options:FIFA 11+,Harmo Knee,dynamic warming,and conventional warming for warm-up.After warm-up,test the team members for their 30m sprint,vertical jump,flexibility,and agility immediately.Result:After FIFA 11+,Harmo Knee,and dynamic warm-up program,the team members'30m and Illinois running scores were significantly lower than those of the conventional warm-up program(P<0.05),and their vertical jump scores were significantly higher than those of the conventional warm-up program(P<0.05);After FIFA 11+and dynamic warm-up program,the 30m scores of the team members were significantly lower than those of the Harmo Knee program(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the results of immediate sitting and forward bending among team members after the four warm-up schemes.Conclusion:FIFA 11+,Harmo Knee,and dynamic warm-up programs have immediate effects on improving team members'speed,lower limb explosiveness,and sensitivity compared to conventional warm-up programs;The acute effect of FIFA 11+and dynamic warm-up program on improving the speed performance of team members is better than the Harmo Knee program;There is no significant difference in the acute effect of the four warm-up plans on improving the flexibility performance of team members.It is recommended to choose appropriate warm-up plans for different training topics to improve the overall performance of team members.
