摘  要:依托位于新疆维吾尔自治区的某水电站工程,开展在该工程中应用全断面隧洞掘进(Tunnel Boring Machine, TBM)施工的技术分析,论证在地层岩性复杂、掘进距离长等条件下,引水隧洞采用TBM施工的可行性。据此拟定施工场地布置、施工支洞布置、辅助洞室的开挖及TBM出渣方案。工程中TBM掘进长度为11.35 km,最大埋深为260 m,隧洞开工至今施工基本顺利,工程进度满足预期要求,对指导工程后续施工具有重要意义,亦可对长距离引水隧洞TBM掘进及施工布置的设计思路提供参考。Based on a hydropower station project located in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,this paper carried out the technical analysis of the application of Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)in the project,and demonstrated the feasibility of TBM construction of diversion tunnels under the conditions of complex formation lithology and long tunneling distance.Accordingly,the construction site layout,construction branch tunnel layout,auxiliary cavity excavation and TBM slag extraction scheme are proposed.In the project,the TBM tunneling length is 11.35 km,and the maximum buried depth is 260 m.The construction of the tunnel has been basically smooth so far,and the project progress meets the expected requirements.It is of great significance to guide the subsequent construction of the project,and can also provide reference for the design ideas of TBM tunneling and construction layout of long-distance diversion tunnels.
