摘　　要：县级水网是国家水网、省级水网、市级水网的延伸,可以畅通防洪排涝、水资源调配、农田灌溉和农村水系生态“最后一公里”,有效提升城乡水利基本公共服务能力,改善人居环境。本文针对寿光市推进县级现代水网建设的实践,从水灾害综合防治、水资源节约集约、水生态系统治理和智慧水利建设四个方面进行了提炼总结,分析了寿光市现代水网建设的成效,并结合创建经验与面临的问题,提出县级现代水网建设的建议与对策,可为类似地区县级现代水网建设提供借鉴。County-level water networks are extensions of national,provincial,and municipal water networks,facilitating the“last mile”in flood control,water resource allocation,farmland irrigation,and rural aquatic ecosystem maintenance.They effectively enhance the basic public service capacity of urban and rural water affairs and improve living environments.This paper focuses on the practice of advancing county-level modern water network construction in Shouguang City.It summarizes and refines efforts from four aspects,comprehensive disaster management,water resource conservation and intensification,water ecology systematic management,and smart water affairs construction.The paper analyzes the effectiveness of modern water network construction in Shouguang City and,combining creation experiences with encountered problems,proposes suggestions and strategies for county-level modern water network construction.This can provide a reference for similar county-level modern water network constructions in other regions.
