摘 要:阻尼可调减振器作为悬架系统的核心部件,对汽车行驶平顺性至关重要,而先导式比例电磁阀作为减振器中的重要元件,对减振器性能起到关键作用。介绍了电磁阀的结构及工作原理,利用Maxwell 2D有限元仿真软件建立电磁铁仿真模型,对静态下的电磁力-位移水平特性进行仿真计算,并根据仿真结果对电磁铁隔磁环倾角、导套厚度、衔铁长度、衔铁宽度等结构参数进行调整分析,通过电磁力水平特性试验,验证仿真模型的准确性。引入正交实验法,对各参数进行协同优化,采用标准差这一指标衡量电磁力水平特性,优化后的产品电磁力标准差为0.635888,优化效果提升7.98%。为阀体的机-电-液-磁耦合仿真分析奠定了基础。As the core component of the suspension system,the damping adjustable shock absorber is very important to the driving smoothness of the car,and the pilot-operated proportional solenoid valve,as an important component in the shock absorber,plays a key role in the performance of the shock absorber.The structure and working principle of the solenoid valve were introduced,the simulation model of the solenoid was established by Maxwell 2D finite element simulation software,the electromagnetic force-displacement horizontal characteristics under static condition were simulated and calculated,and the structural parameters such as the inclination angle,guide sleeve thickness,armature length,armature width and other structural parameters of the solenoid magnetic isolation ring were adjusted and analyzed according to the simulation results,and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified by the electromagnetic force horizontal characteristic test.The orthogonal experimental method was introduced to co-optimize the parameters,and the standard deviation was used to measure the electromagnetic force level characteristics.The standard deviation of the optimized product was 0.635888,and the optimization effect was increased by 7.98%.It lays a foundation for the simulation and analysis of the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic-magnetic coupling of the valve body.
