摘 要:针对高Al、高Mn含量的轻质高强钢Fe-30Mn-12Al-0.9C,研究了时效温度对该钢相组成、组织和硬度的影响,通过OM、XRD等分析了不同时效温度下其微观组织的演变规律。结果表明:在低温时效时,该钢的时效组织和固溶组织差异较小,主要为奥氏体+铁素体,晶内存在纳米级别κ-碳化物,硬度变化幅度较小;500℃时效时,组织中出现β-Mn,硬度开始升高;当时效温度为650℃时,组织发生明显改变,晶界出现大量β-Mn,硬度明显升高;当时效温度达到700℃时,奥氏体彻底分解为铁素体和κ-碳化物,伴随着晶界处β-Mn和κ-碳化物的聚集长大,材料的硬度达到最大值66.3 HRC。The effects of aging temperature on the phase composition,microstructure and hardness of Fe-30Mn-12Al-0.9C low-density high-strength steel with high Al and high Mn content were studied.The microstructure evolution of the steel at different aging temperatures was analyzed by OMand XRD.The results show that there is little difference between the aged structure and the solid solution structure when aging at low temperature,which is mainly austenite+ferrite,there is nano levelκ-carbide in the crystal,and the hardness change is small.When aging at 500℃,β-Mn appears in the tissue,and the hardness begins to increase.When the aging temperature reaches 650℃,the microstructure changes obviously,a large amount ofβ-Mn appears at the grain boundary,and the hardness increases obviously.When the aging temperature reaches 700℃,the austenite is completely decomposed into ferrite andκ-carbide,and with the accumulation and growth ofβ-Mn andκ-carbide at the grain boundary,the Rockwell hardness of the material reaches a maximumvalue of 66.3HRC.
