摘　　要：科技创新驱动力及协同发展水平提升是长三角一体化的战略目标之一。通过构建多层级的科技创新驱动力指标体系,系统测度了2017和2021年长三角41个城市的科技创新驱动力指数,基于此,对一体化战略实施以来长三角科技创新驱动力及协同发展水平进行评价。研究表明,长三角科技创新驱动力呈现空间集聚和快速增长趋势,形成了以上海为首的雁阵格局;但依然存在发展不均衡、层级固化和结构同质等问题,导致城市合作的互补性不足,并在结构耦合与收益分配之间普遍存在矛盾冲突,因而长三角科技创新一体化仍面临不稳定、不可持续的风险。为此,在未来发展中要注重以协调带动协同,促进城市发挥各自优势、拉长长板,依托中心城市打造科技创新共同体。Enhancing the driving force of technological innovation and promoting the level of collaborated development is one of the strategic goals of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.By constructing a multi-level evaluation system for technological innovation driving forces,the study systematically measured the technological innovation driving force index of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta in 2017 and 2021.Based on this,an assessment was conducted on the level of technological innovation driving force and collaborated development in the Yangtze River Delta since the implementation of the integration strategy.The research indicates that the driving force of technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta shows a trend of spatial agglomeration and rapid growth,forming a pattern with Shanghai at the forefront.However,there still exist problems such as uneven development,hierarchical solidification,and structural homogeneity,leading to insufficient complementarity in urban cooperation.Moreover,there are widespread conflicts between structural coupling and profit distribution,resulting in unstable and unsustainable risks in the integration of technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,in future development,emphasis should be placed on coordinating to drive synergy,promoting cities to leverage their respective strengths,extending the areas of excellence,and relying on central cities to build a community of technological innovation.
