摘　　要：中国共产党政党文化是强大政党建设的持久动力。从结构功能视角探究其内在结构和演变逻辑,对理解中国共产党政党文化话语具有基础性意义。党的精神文化、制度文化与行为文化共同构成中国共产党政党文化系统,三者互促互进、相辅相成,为新时代中国共产党政党文化建设铸就“精神之源”、扎牢“制度之基”、把牢“行为之舵”。这种“整体合一”的结构分析法在一定意义上为政党文化研究提供了一种可能的解释范式。The political party culture of the CPC is the lasting power for the construction of a strong party.Exploring its internal structure and evolution logic from the perspective of structure and function has fundamental significance for understanding the connotation and construction of the party culture of the CPC.The spiritual culture,institutional culture and behavioral culture of the CPC together constitute an organic system.The three aspects promote each other and complement each other,casting"the source of spirit","the foundation of system"and"the rudder of behavior"for the construction of the CPC's party culture in the new era.This"holistic integration"structural analysis provides a possible explanatory paradigm for the study of intra party political culture in a general sense.
