摘 要:大学是大学生心理健康发展的一个重要阶段,此阶段的大学生容易表现出焦虑、抑郁以及不自信等特定的心理问题,身心健康成长容易受到影响。文章指出舞蹈训练对大学生身心平衡、社会适应水平以及其身体自尊和主观幸福感方面具有积极的促进作用,针对目前高校舞蹈训练课堂中存在的过于刻板、只强调技巧教学、缺乏对学生的正向激励作用的现实问题,提出可通过科学制定训练计划;加强舞蹈教师队伍建设;优化舞蹈训练方法;聚焦训练方案合理编排;强化家校协同育人等路径,来提升大学生心理健康水平。University is an important stage for the mental health development of college students.During this stage,college students are prone to specific psychological problems such as anxiety,depression,and lack of confidence,which can easily affect their physical and mental health growth.The article points out that dance training has a positive promoting effect on the physical and mental balance,social adaptation level,physical self-esteem,and subjective well-being of college students.In response to the current problems in dance training classrooms in universities,such as being too rigid,emphasizing only skill teaching,and lacking positive motivation for students,it is proposed to scientifically formulate training plans;strengthen the construction of dance teacher team;optimize dance training methods;focus on the reasonable arrangement of training programs;strengthen the collaborative education between family and school to enhance the mental health level of college students.
