摘  要:为了解决因旧水泥混凝土路面的结构性能评估结果经验性较强而无法为旧水泥混凝土路面改造成沥青路面决策方案提供有效理论依据的问题,基于结构性能评价指标和统计学方法构建水泥混凝土路面结构性能模糊综合评价模型,从表面、内部和整体结构状况3个方面分别对旧水泥混凝土路面进行结构性能评价;基于模糊评价法建立模糊关系矩阵,采用层次分析法和熵权法确定综合权重向量,得到综合评价向量和综合评价等级,并利用所构建模型和我国相关行业标准中的路面结构强度指数模型,对上海市奉贤区和浙江省嘉兴市的4段水泥混凝土路面FX-A、 FX-B、 JX-A、 JX-B进行实例分析。结果表明:通过所构建模型得到各路段按结构性能从优到差的顺序为JX-A、 JX-B、 FX-B、 FX-A;与我国相关行业标准中的路面结构强度指数模型相比,所构建模型的评价结果更符合实际路面结构性能。To solve the problem that structural performance evaluation results of old cement concrete pavements were too empirical to provide an effective theoretical basis for the decision-making plan of transforming old cement concrete pave-ments into asphalt pavements,a fuzzy comprehensiv evaluation model of cement concrete pavement structural per-formances was constructed on the basis of structural performance evaluation indicators and statistical methods.Structural performances of old cement concrete pavements were evaluated from three aspects of surface,interior,and overall struc-ture.On the basis of fuzzy evaluation method,a fuzzy relation matrix was established,and comprehensive weight vectors and comprehensive evaluation levels were determined by using analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.Using the constructed model and pavement structural strength index model in relevant industry standards in China,case studies were conducted on four sections of cement concrete pavements FX-A,FX-B,JX-A,and JX-B in Fengxian District,Shanghai City and Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province.The results show that the order of structural performance of each road section from best to worst is JX-A,JX-B,FX-B,and FX-A according to the constructed model.The evalu-ation results of the constructed model are more consistent with actual pavement structural performances compared with pavement structural strength index model in relevant industry standards in China.
