摘 要:科学技术迅猛发展的今天,自动控制技术更加成熟与完善,并被广泛应用到各个领域,其中包括金属矿山继电控制,显著提升了金属矿山开采作业效率与质量。基于此,本文以金矿充填设备作为研究对象,通过对金矿充填设备基本情况的简单介绍,进而分别对该设备自动控制系统的硬件、控制算法进行了设计,并探讨了控制系统的实现方法,最后,通过实验测试的方式,对本系统应用效果进行验证。通过验证可以发现,本系统性能良好,附后预期要求,可将其应用到实际当中。With the rapid development of science and technology today,automatic control technology has become more mature and perfect,and has been widely applied in various fields,including relay control in metal mines,significantly improving the efficiency and quality of metal mining operations.Based on this,this article takes gold mine filling equipment as the research object.By briefly introducing the basic situation of gold mine filling equipment,the hardware and control algorithm of the automatic control system of the equipment are designed,and the implementation method of the control system is discussed.Finally,the application effect of this system is verified through experimental testing.Through verification,it can be found that the performance of this system is good,and with the expected requirements attached,it can be applied in practice.
