摘  要:串联法氧化铝生产中烧结粗液与拜耳法稀释矿浆混合后进入沉降槽,经液固分离再送入控制过滤,使得烧结法粗液在拜耳法中停留时间长,水解趋势大造成氧化铝损失增大。针对此问题对串联法粗液合流方式进行改造:利用隔离线外的稀释后槽存储烧结法粗液,将粗液直接送至拜尔法粗液槽,杜绝烧结粗液进入沉降系统,造成水解氧化铝损失,从而降低生产成本。In the process of series alumina production,the sintered crude liquid is mixed with Bayer dilution pulp,and then sent to the sedimentation tank after liquid-solid separation,which makes the sintering crude liquid stay in the Bayer process for a long time,and the hydrolysis trend is large,resulting in the increase of alumina loss.To solve this problem,the combined flow mode of the series process is reformed:the dilute tank outside the isolation line is used to store the sintering process,and the crude liquid is directly sent to the Bayer process crude liquid tank,so as to prevent the sintered crude liquid from entering the sedimentation system,resulting in the loss of hydrolyzed alumina,so as to reduce the production cost.
