摘　　要：本文从可持续发展的视角出发,探讨了矿产资源管理与利用的问题。首先,分析了矿产资源管理的可持续性问题,包括矿产资源的有限性和环境影响,矿产资源开采与生态平衡,以及矿产资源管理的可持续发展策略。其次,探讨了矿产资源利用的创新方法,包括矿产资源的高效利用技术,矿产资源的清洁能源转化,以及矿产资源的循环经济模式。然后,讨论了矿产资源管理与社会责任的关系,包括矿产资源管理与当地社区发展,矿产资源管理与职业安全与健康,以及矿产资源管理与社会利益平衡。最后,分析了矿产资源管理的政策与监管,包括矿产资源管理政策的制定与实施,矿产资源管理的监督与执法,以及矿产资源管理政策的效果评估。This article explores the management and utilization of coal mine resources from the perspective of sustainable development.Firstly,the sustainability of coal mine resource management is analyzed,including the limitation of coal mine resources and environmental impact,coal mine resource exploitation and Balance of nature,and the sustainable development strategy of coal mine resource management.Secondly,innovative methods for the utilization of coal mine resources were explored,including efficient utilization technologies of coal mine resources,clean energy conversion of coal mine resources,and circular economy models of coal mine resources.Then,the relationship between coal mine resource management and social responsibility was discussed,including coal mine resource management and local community development,coal mine resource management and occupational safety and health,as well as coal mine resource management and social interest balance.Finally,the policy and supervision of coal mine resource management were analyzed,including the formulation and implementation of coal mine resource management policies,supervision and enforcement of coal mine resource management,and evaluation of the effectiveness of coal mine resource management policies.
