摘 要:为了研究均匀化处理对CuZn7Al4Si0.1热加工性能的影响,开展了不同热处理工艺实验,采用金相显微镜和万能试验机对铜带的微观组织和性能进行检测分析。结果表明:CuZn7Al4Si0.1铸锭经过700℃~900℃范围内保温6h的均匀化处理后,其枝晶偏析变化明显。随着退火温度的提高,CuZn7Al4Si0.1铸锭的枝晶偏析逐渐减小、消失;当均匀化退火温度升至850℃、保温时间为6h时,合金组织中枝晶偏析消失。In order to study the influence of homogenization treatment on the thermal processing performance of CuZn7Al4Si0.1,different heat treatment processes were carried out,and the microorganization and performance of copper strip were analyzed by metalgraphic microscope and universal testing machine.The results show that the dendrite segregation of CuZn7Al4Si0.1 ingot changed obviously after 6h homogenization treatment ranging from 700℃to 900℃.With the increase of the annealing temperature,the dendrite segregation of CuZn7Al4Si0.1 ingot gradually decreased and disappeared.When the uniform annealing temperature rises to 850℃and the insulation time is 6h,the dendrite evolution disappears in the alloy tissue.
