摘 要:本文旨在解决尾矿库尾矿开采方案选择及其开采技术工艺问题,以推动尾矿资源的有效回收和再利用。本文以某尾矿库为研究对象,深入分析了尾矿回收开采方案。首先,通过对该尾矿库的开采技术条件进行全面考量,初步提出了四种尾矿开采方案。其次,基于初选结果,对方案进行了深入的经济技术比较,确定了采砂船开采方案为最优选择。最后,研究了采砂船开采方案的开采技术工艺,并基于回采所形成的内坡进行了稳定性分析,验证了该方案的可行性。本文研究不仅为尾矿库尾矿开采提供了切实可行的方案,也为推动矿产资源的可持续利用和矿业行业的绿色发展提供了有益的参考。The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of tailings mining scheme selection of tailings storage and its mining technology process,in order to promote the effective recovery and reuse of tailings resources.This paper takes a tailing depot as the research object and analyzes the tailing recovery mining scheme in depth.Firstly,four tailings mining schemes are initially proposed by comprehensively considering the mining technical conditions of this tailings depot.Secondly,based on the preliminary results,an in-depth economic and technical comparison of the programs was carried out,and the sand mining ship mining program was identified as the optimal choice.Finally,the mining technology of the sand mining ship mining program was studied,and the stability analysis was carried out based on the internal slope formed by back mining,which verified the feasibility of the program.The research in this paper not only provides practical solutions for tailings mining in tailings ponds,but also provides a useful reference for promoting the sustainable utilization of mineral resources and the green development of the mining industry.
