摘　　要：铁路移动视频监控在保障铁路运输安全方面起着重要作用,但目前铁路移动视频监控系统存在一些局限性。为了提高系统的效率和可靠性,本文提出了一种基于WebRTC的方案,通过扩展RTP头部并添加移动设备的实时位置信息来实现。该方案通过在RTP包头部添加自定义扩展,可以将移动设备的位置信息传输给接收端,并且可以根据位置信息来进行及时的方案设定和网络适应性控制。我们在实验中测试了该方案的性能,并发现它可以有效地提高铁路移动视频监控系统的效率和可靠性。Railway mobile video surveillance plays an important role in ensuring the safety of railway transportation,but there are some limitations in the current railway mobile vidco sur-veillance system.In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the system,a WeBRTC-based scheme is proposed by extending the RTP header and adding real-time location informa-tion of mobile devices.By adding a custom extension to the RTP header,the location informa-tion of the mobile device can be transmitted to the receiver,and the timely scheme setting and network adaptive control can be carried out according to the location information.We have test-cd the performance of this scheme in the experiment and found that it can cffectively improve the efficiency and reliability of railway mobile video surveillance system.
