摘 要:目的分析心肾代谢综合征(CMS)的研究现状、研究热点与前沿趋势。方法通过文献计量学方法,检索Web of Science Core Collection中自建库至2022年9月30日期间收录的CMS的相关文献,通过Citespace 6.1.R3、VOSviewer 1.6.17和Scimago Graphica软件对其发文量、国家、机构、作者、期刊和关键词等进行可视化分析并绘制可视化图表。结果共纳入了243篇研究论文,年发文趋势表明CMS正逐渐受到来自世界各地学者的关注。美国是该领域内贡献度最大的国家,密苏里大学则是发文量最多的研究机构,该领域的开创性作者是Sowers James R。《Cardiorenal Medicine》期刊是专注于CMS的期刊。领域内的研究热点包括了氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍、内皮功能障碍、细胞自噬等。结论通过文献计量学方法对CMS相关文献进行可视化分析,发现该领域近3年全球关注度逐渐升高,心、肾功能恶化的预防等是领域内潜在的研究热点,有望做出更具创新性的研究,指导临床决策,为CMS的防治提供借鉴与支持。Objectives To analyze the current research status,research hotspots,and cutting-edge trends of cardiorenal metabolic syndrome(CMS).Methods Bibliometric analysis was used to retrieve relevant literature on CMS included in the Web of Science Core Collection from its inception to September 30,2022,and the number of publications,countries,institutions,authors,journals,and keywords were visualized and analyzed by Citespace 6.1.R3,VOSviewer 1.6.17,and Scimago Graphica software.Results A total of 243 research articles were included,and the annual publication trend indicates that CMS is gradually gaining attention from scholars worldwide.The United States is the largest contributor to the field,while the University of Missouri is the research institution with the most publications,and the seminal author in the field is Sowers James R.Cardiorenal Medicine is the journal that focuses on CMS.Research hotspots include oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,endothelial dysfunction,and cellular autophagy.Conclusion Visual analysis of CMS-related articles by bibliometric methods revealed that the global attention to this field has gradually increased in the past three years,and prevention of cardiac and renal function deterioration is a potential research hotspot in the field,which is expected to make more innovative studies to guide clinical decision-making and provide reference and support for the prevention and treatment of CMS.
