摘 要:复合材料与金属机械连接装配时,不同垫片会对其强度性能造成影响。为探明不同垫片对复材与金属机械连接挤压强度的影响.制作了相应的复材与金属机械连接试验件开展力学性能测试。试验选取了室温干态环境下2种材料体系,4种加垫方式的复材与金属机械连接挤压强度试验件进行测试。对不同加垫方式下复材与金属机械连接挤压强度试验结果进行对比分析,得到不同加垫方式对复材与金属机械连接挤压强度的影响结果。Different paddings will affect the bearing strength of the mechanical joint between composite materials and metal when composite materials are assembled with metal.In order to find out the influence on the bearing strength of different paddings to the composite materials and metal mechanical connection,the corresponding composite materials and metal mechanical joint test pieces were made to test the mechanical properties.In dry and temperate condition,two kinds of composite materials and metal mechanical connection test pieces under four different padding methods were chosen to be tested.The influence of different padding methods on the bearing strength of composite materials and metal mechanical joint was obtained by the comparative analysis of the bearing strength test results.
