“三全育人”视角下新时代普通高校学生军训育人体系的构建

摘　　要：新时代需要普通高等学校学生军事技能训练提质增效。学生军事技能训练既是学校国防教育的重要载体和有效形式,也是深化“三全育人”综合改革的有效途径。学生军训育人离不开对全员、全过程、全方位的“三全育人”核心理念理解与践行,其中全员育人是学生军训育人的基本保障,全过程育人是学生军训育人的发展方向,全方位育人是学生军训育人的必由之路,“三全育人”有力推进学生军训育人高质量发展。本文以“三全育人”视角,围绕北京科技大学学生军事技能训练实践,构建了“四相结合,五育并举”的新时代普通高校学生军训育人体系的构建,为深化学生军训改革提供参考建议。In the new era,it is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of military skills training for students in ordinary colleges and universities.Military skill training of students is not only an important carrier and effective form of national defense education in schools,but also an effective way to deepen the comprehensive reform of"three all-round education".Students'military training is inseparable from the understanding and practice of the core concept of whole-person,whole-process and all-round"three all-round education",in which whole-person education is the basic guarantee for students'military training,whole-process education is the development direction of students'military training,all-round education is the only way for students'military training,and"three all-round education"effectively promotes the high-quality development of students'military training.In this paper,from the perspective of"three-in-one education",centering on the military skills training practice of University of Science and Technology Beijing students,the construction of the military training system of ordinary colleges and universities in the new era of"four combinations and five simultaneous education"is constructed,which provides reference suggestions for deepening the reform of student military training.
