摘  要:宁洪麦452(审定编号:苏审麦20220019)是江苏省农业科学院以连麦7号为母本、淮麦20为父本,通过系谱法结合生化标记辅助选择育成的半冬性高产优质白皮小麦新品种。2019—2021年2年度宁洪麦452平均产量为8799 kg/hm^(2),比对照淮麦20增产5.7%,增产点率100%。经江苏省种子站组织第三方机构鉴定,宁洪麦452中感赤霉病、条锈病,中抗黄花叶病毒病,品质特性达到中强筋小麦品种审定标准。本文对宁洪麦452选育、品种特性和栽培技术进行系统总结,旨在为该品种的示范推广提供参考。Ninghongmai 452(approval number:Sushenmai 20220019)is a new semi-winter,high-yield,high-quality and white wheat cultivar developed by Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences with Lianmai No.7 as the maternal parent and Huaimai 20 as the paternal parent through pedigree selection combined with biochemical marker assisted selection.The average yield of Ninghongmai 452 during 2019-2021 is 8799 kg/hm^(2),which is 5.7%higher than that of the control variety Huaimai 20,and the yield increase rate is 100%.According to the identification of the third institutions by the organization of Jiangsu Seed Administration Station,Ninghongmai 452 is moderately susceptible to fusarium head blight and stripe rust,moderately resistant to yellow mosaic virus,and its quality meets the certification standard of medium-strong gluten wheat varieties.This article summarizes the breeding process,agronomic characters and cultivation techniques of Ninghongmai 452,and aims to provide reference for its application and extension.
