摘  要:结合某金融中心裙楼坡屋面结构特点和施工现场实际情况,针对钢结构大坡度结构特点,采用钢筋桁架楼承板代替传统搭设脚手架浇筑混凝土进行坡屋面施工,以降低施工难度、节约人工投入和缩短工期、保证工程质量。对钢筋桁架楼承板进行深化、排版设计,构件采用工厂化、产业化生产。根据坡度情况选取不同的混凝土浇筑方式,并对混凝土配合比进行详细设计。针对大坡度坡屋面的实际情况,在施工过程中采取相应的技术措施,保证楼承板施工的质量。各类措施在实际工程应用中取得了良好效益,可为类似工程提供借鉴。According to the characteristics of slope roof structure of podium building in a financial center and the actual situation of the construction site,according to the characteristics of steel structure with large slope,the steel truss floor bearing plate is used to replace the traditional scaffolding and pouring concrete for slope roof construction,so as to reduce the difficulty of construction,save labor input,shorten the construction period,and ensure the quality of the project.The steel truss floor bearing plate is further designed and typeset,and the components are produced by factory and industrialization.According to the slope,different concrete pouring methods are selected,and the concrete mix ratio is designed in detail.According to the actual situation of large slope roof,corresponding technical measures are taken in the construction process to ensure the quality of floor bearing plate construction.All kinds of measures have obtained good benefit in practical engineering application,and provide reference for similar projects in the future.
