摘　　要：金属屋面因具有结构简单、重量轻、施工便捷、产业化程度高、使用寿命长等特点,故被广泛使用于建筑业。但随着结构造型的多样性以及金属结构易变形等特点,容易导致金属屋面系统出现漏水现象,同时在金属屋面上固定具有装饰效果的蜂窝铝板或瓦结构,又会对金属屋面系统产生一定影响。研究总结了圆形金属屋面防水技术,通过可调连接件固定蜂窝铝板实现单曲面蜂窝铝板达到双曲面造型的施工技术,因此,工程具有可观的经济效益和社会效益,以期为类似工程中具有实际的推广意义。Metal roofing is widely used in today’s construction industry because of its simple structure,light weight,convenient construction,high degree of industrialization and long service life.However,with the diversity of structural modeling and the easy deformation of the metal structure and other characteristics,it is easy to lead to the existence of water leakage hidden danger of the metal roofing system,and at the same time,fixing the honeycomb aluminum panels with decorative effect or tile structure on the metal roof will have a certain impact on the metal roofing system.This paper summarizes the waterproofing technology of circular metal roofing and the construction technology of realizing single-curved honeycomb aluminum panel to achieve double-curved shape by fixing the honeycomb aluminum panel with adjustable connectors,and concludes that the above technical methods have considerable economic and social benefits,and are of practical significance for popularization in similar projects.
