摘 要:在超高层基础施工时,需要同步施工塔式起重机基础。桩承台作为超高层常用基础形式,一般需要将塔式起重机基础预埋件布置在桩承台中心位置,以获得最优承载力。限于结构平面布置或塔式起重机作业安全距离的限制,无法将塔式起重机基础布置于承台中心,进而无法保证塔式起重机基础的受力安全性。针对上述问题,提出了基于既有桩基承台的塔式起重机建造方法,该方法可结合超高层原有桩基承台和筏板兼作塔式起重机基础,避免了塔式起重机基础的补桩等施工措施,显著节约了钢筋、混凝土等材料成本、人工成本和工期成本。During the construction of super high-rise building,the foundation of tower crane needs to be constructed simultaneously.Generally,a kind of common foundation for the pile cap,the embedded part of the tower crane foundation is set in the middle of pile cap,which helps to obtain an optimal bearing capacity.However,due to the structural arrangement and safe working distance of tower crane,the crane foundation cannot be arranged right at the middle of pile cap.As a consequence,the safety of the tower crane cannot be ensured.In order to solve the problem mentioned above,a construction method of tower crane foundation based on existing pile cap is proposed,which can avoid adding extra piles nearby tower crane foundation regions.And thus,the cost on materials,such as concrete and steel,labour force and project time will be saved.
