聚合物纤维沥青混合料配合比设计与路用性能研究

摘  要:文章采用Superpave配合比设计方法和基于最紧密状态的均衡设计方法这2种设计方法对纤维沥青混合料进行了配合比设计,并对添加纤维和不添加纤维的2种沥青混合料进行了性能对比分析。研究结果表明:对纤维沥青混合料可同时采用Superpave设计方法和基于最紧密状态设计方法进行设计,需对比分析两者体积参数指标后综合分析确定最终油石比;添加纤维后,沥青混合料各项指标均有提升,其中低温弯曲破坏应变和动态模量提升20%以上,抗压强度和抗压回弹模量等指标提高幅度均在10%以上。The Superpave mix design method and the balanced design method based on the densest state were used to design the mix ratio of fiber asphalt mixture,and the properties of two kinds of asphalt mixture with and without fibers were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:Superpave design method and tightest state de-sign method can be used to design fiber asphalt mixture at the same time.The final oil-stone ratio is determined by comprehensive analysis after comparing and analyzing the volume parameters of the two methods.After adding fi-ber,the indexes of asphalt mixture were improved.Among them,the low-temperature bending failure strain and dy-namic modulus are increased by more than 20%,the compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus are increased by more than 10%.
