基于IPA分析法的历史名园保护和利用策略研究——以嘉兴市历史名园为例

摘　　要：为探究历史名园的保护和利用情况,以嘉兴城市园林中的8处历史名园为研究对象,采用重要性-满意度分析法(IPA),从自然环境、文化感知、建筑状况、基础设施、管理宣传5个维度进行了满意度和重要性评价,探究了游客对历史名园的使用感知情况。结果表明:①历史名园的主要使用人群为中老年群体,占调查人数的50%以上。历史名园对于年轻人缺乏吸引力;②14项二级指标的满意度得分平均值都低于重要性得分的平均值,嘉兴城市园林中的历史名园存在提升空间;③历史文化展示、历史氛围感、建筑功能合理性、宣传推广4项是需要重点改进的内容。根据IPA分析结果,针对嘉兴城市园林中的历史名园保护利用存在的问题,提出了丰富文化感知体验、优化建筑功能、创新管理宣传方式的优化策略。To explore the protection and utilization of historical gardens,8 historical gardens in Jiaxing's urban gardens are taken as research objects.This study uses the Importance Satisfaction Analysis(IPA)method to evaluate visitors’satisfaction and importance from five dimensions:natural environment,cultural perception,architectural condition,infrastructure,and management promotion.The study explores the perception of visitors towards the use of historical gardens.The results indicate that:①the main users of historical gardens are middle-aged and elderly people,accounting for more than half of the surveyed population.Historical indicate lack appeal to young people.②The average satisfaction score of the fourteen secondary indicators is lower than the average importance score,indicating that Jiaxing's historical gardens still need improvement.③The four key areas that need to be improved are historical and cultural display,historical atmosphere,rationality of architectural functions,and promotion.Based on the IPA analysis results,optimization strategies have been proposed to enrich cultural perception experience,optimize building functions,and innovate management and promotion methods for the protection and utilization of historical gardens in Jiaxing's urban gardens.
