基于开发潜力的湖南省传统村落旅游发展模式探究

摘　　要：传统村落因区位条件、本底资源、基础设施条件等方面的差异,导致旅游开发潜力不一。以湖南省传统村落为例,从自然和社会两方面构建旅游开发潜力评价指标体系,基于评估结果对传统村落进行旅游发展模式探究。结果表明:①湖南省传统村落旅游开发潜力值为0.0778~0.6039,其开发潜力各异,需依据传统村落旅游潜力差异对其进行针对性开发;②根据高、中、低潜力区内传统村落旅游开发驱动因素空间关联的强弱程度,遵循“保护为主、合理利用、有效管理”原则,选择旅游开发空间关联强驱动因素对传统村落旅游发展模式进行研究;③高潜力区通过规划“点-轴”“核心-边缘”和“增长极”发展模式来促进传统村落旅游开发:中潜力区秉持“活态传承”发展理念,将其分为博物馆式、集散整合式、历史街区式和分区式;低潜力区坚持“原生态”式旅游发展模式。Due to differences in location conditions,background resources and infrastructure conditions,traditional villages have different tourism development potentials.Exploring traditional village tourism development modes based on tourism development potentials is of more guiding significance in theory and more operational in practice.Taking traditional villages in Hunan Province as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of tourism development potential from both natural and social aspects,and explores the tourism development model of traditional villages in different development potential areas based on the evaluation results.The findings are as follows:①The tourism development potential value of traditional villages in Hunan Province ranges from 0.0778~0.6039,indicating that their development potential varies,and targeted development of traditional villages should be carried out according to their tourism potential differences;②According to the strength of spatial correlation of driving factors for tourism development of traditional villages in high,medium and low potential areas,and following the principle of"protection first,rational utilization and effective management",the research is carried out on the tourism development mode of traditional villages by selecting driving factors with strong spatial correlation;③The driving factors of tourism development of traditional villages in high-potential areas have strong spatial correlation,and the development modes of"point-axis","core-edge"and"growth pole"are planned to promote tourism development of traditional villages.The spatial correlation of the driving factors of traditional village tourism development in middle-potential areas is relatively weak,and the development concept of"living inheritance"should be upheld,which is divided into different types,such as museum type,integrated type,historical block type and district type.The spatial correlation of driving factors of traditional village tourism development in low potential areas is n
