基于台架试验的整车与台架数据同步采集方法

摘　　要：为解决台架试验数据与整车数据同步采集的问题,通过AVL PUMA系统自带的DBC编辑软件,以台架测量数据为基础创建DBC文件,以CAN通讯的方式将数据传输给INCA软件,并用台架试验验证该DBC在CAN网络解析的有效性。这样INCA能同时采集整车与台架数据,提高试验数据的分析能力。利用INCA的触发器功能实现自动采集,提高数据采集的工作效率。In order to solve the problem of synchronous collection of bench test data and vehicle data,the DBC file is created on the basis of bench measurement data through the DBC editing software of AVL PUMA system,and the data is transmitted to INCA software by CAN communication.The validity of the DBC in CAN network analysis is verified by bench test.In this way,INCA can simultaneously collect vehicle and bench data to improve the analysis ability of test data.The trigger function of INCA is used to realize automatic acquisition and improve the efficiency of data acquisition.
