摘  要:为了研究激光焊接多模环形光斑对铝合金气孔率的影响,采用DOE全因子实验法,进行不同的外环功率和不同摆动振幅时,铝合金气孔数量的对比分析,结果表明多模环形光斑激光器焊接铝合金,气孔数量最主要的影响因素是外环功率的大小,其次是摆动振幅。随着外环功率增大,熔深变深,熔宽随之变大,深宽比减小,气孔明显减少,当增大到芯环比1:1时,气孔率最低。随着摆动振幅增大,熔深由倒扣的杯子状变成倒扣的脸盆状,深宽比减少,气孔数量也随之减少。In order to study the effect of laser welding multi-mode ring spot on the porosity of aluminum alloy,DOE full factor experiment method was used to compare and analyze the number of pores in aluminum alloy under different outer ring power and different swing amplitude.The results show that the most important factor affecting the number of pores in aluminum alloy welding by multi-mode ring spot laser is the power of the outer ring,followed by the swing amplitude.With the increase of outer ring power,the melting depth becomes deeper,the melting width becomes larger,the depth-to-width ratio decreases,and the porosity decreases significantly.When the core ratio increases to 1:1,the porosity is the lowest.With the increase of swing amplitude,the melting depth changed from inverted cup shape to inverted basin shape,the depth-to-width ratio decreased,and the number of pores also decreased.
