摘 要:摩托车是最常用的交通工具之一,其引擎的工作特性与稳定性直接影响到整车的综合性能。内燃机在运转时会产生大量的热能,对其进行有效的热管理,不但关系到整车的工作性能,也关系到机油的消耗量,随着摩托车性能的不断提高,对发动机热管理的要求也越来越高,摩托车发动机在高温条件下,机油消耗量增大,会影响发动机的稳定性和使用寿命,因此发动机热管理对发动机油耗的影响成为摩托车生产厂家与用户共同关心的问题。Motorcycles are one of the most commonly used means of transportation,and the working characteristics and stability of their engines directly affect the comprehensive performance of the whole vehicle.The internal combustion engine will produce a large amount of heat energy when it is running,and its effective thermal management is not only related to the working performance of the whole vehicle,but also related to the consumption of engine oil,with the continuous improvement of motorcycle performance.The requirements for engine thermal management are getting higher and higher,and under high temperature conditions,the oil consumption of the motorcycle engine increases,which will affect the stability and service life of the engine.So the impact of engine thermal management on engine fuel consumption has become a common concern of motorcycle manufacturers and users.
