摘  要:短链脂肪酸是厌氧菌在盲肠和结肠发酵未消化的碳水化合物形成的代谢产物, 在结肠中被吸收后可以调节肠道能量代谢、维持肠黏膜屏障功能、调控肠道免疫功能、影响肠道分泌和吸收, 并通过以上功能调节肠道微生态, 从而改变儿童排便频次。随着对肠道微生态的深入研究, 发现肠道菌群代谢产物也在人体中发挥了重要的作用。当儿童排便频次改变时, 其肠道菌群的组成改变, 肠道菌群代谢产生的短链脂肪酸含量也会改变。该文就短链脂肪酸在儿童不同排便频次中的作用及机制进行综述, 为儿童不同排便频次提供治疗思路。Short-chain fatty acids are metabolites produced by anaerobic bacteria fermenting undigested carbohydrates in the cecum and colon.After being absorbed in the colon,they can regulate intestinal energy metabolism,maintain intestinal mucosal barrier function,regulate intestinal immune function,affect intestinal secretion and absorption,and regulate intestinal microecology through the above functions,thereby changing the frequency of defecation in children.With the in-depth understanding of intestinal microecology,it has been found that the metabolites of intestinal flora also play an important role in the human body.When the frequency of defecation in children changes,the composition of intestinal flora changes,and the content of short-chain fatty acids produced by intestinal flora metabolism also changes.This article reviews the role and mechanism of short-chain fatty acids in children's different defecation frequencies,and provides treatment ideas for children's different defecation frequencies.
