摘 要:儿童创伤性颅脑损伤是儿童残疾常见的原因之一, 其中认知沟通障碍是儿童创伤性颅脑损伤较严重的后果之一, 并且持续存在至成人甚至终身。患儿存在听、说、读、写等沟通能力及情绪识别、心理认知、信息处理和执行功能等潜在认知功能障碍, 严重影响患儿的学习和社交。早期识别创伤性颅脑损伤继发认知沟通障碍并给予康复治疗可有效改善患儿的生活质量。该文综述了儿童创伤性颅脑损伤继发认知沟通障碍的现状、高危因素、预后等研究进展, 以期为临床认知沟通功能的康复治疗提供参考。Traumatic brain injury in children is one of the common causes of disability,among which cognitive communication disorder is one of the more serious consequences of traumatic brain injury in children,and it continues to exist in adults and even for life.Children with traumatic brain injury have potential cognitive disorder in communication,abilities,such as listening,speaking,reading,and writing,as well as emotional recognition,psychological cognition,information processing,and executive functions,which seriously affect their learning and social skills.Early identification of cognitive communication disorder secondary to traumatic brain injury and rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the quality of life of children.This article reviews the current status,high-risk factors,and prognosis of cognitive communication disorder secondary to traumatic brain injury in children,with the aim of providing reference for the rehabilitation treatment of cognitive communication function in clinical practice.
