摘  要:通过对不同纤度的涤纶短纤维在生产中性能参数的对比分析,建立了纤维纤度与涤纶原丝卷重、含水率及干热收缩率的关系,阐明了涤纶原丝生产过程中的质量控制点;建立了纤度与涤纶短纤维断裂强度与断裂伸长率、10%定伸长强度、卷曲数与卷曲率、180℃干热收缩率的关系,有效保证了涤纶短纤维的生产工艺控制。结果表明,除180℃干热收缩率外,不同纤度的涤纶原丝及短纤维对上述参数均产生不同程度的影响,对纤维加工过程中的工艺参数的调整具有重要的指导意义。By comparing and analyzing the neutral energy parameters in the production of polyester staple fibers with different denier,the relationship between linear density and the weight,moisture content,and dry heat shrinkage of polyester precursor fibers were established,and then the quality control points in the production process of polyester precursor fibers were clarified.At the same time,the relationship between linear density and the breaking strength and elongation at break,10%elongation at break,curl number and curl rate,and 180 C dry heat shrinkage rate of polyester staple fibers were established,effectively ensuring the production process control of polyester staple fibers.The results showed that,except for the 180 dry heat shrinkage rate,different linear density of polyester precursor and short fibers had varying degrees of influence on the above parameters,which had important guiding significance for adjusting process parameters in fiberprocessing.
