摘　　要：阐述一种大负载固体继电器的设计方法,介绍大负载固体继电器设计难点,从电路和结构两个方面进行设计理论的分析计算,根据分析结果进行仿真,验证该大负载固体继电器设计的可行性。This paper describes a design method for high load solid relay,introduces the design difficulties of high load solid relay,analyzes and calculates the design theory from two aspects: circuit and structure,and conducts simulation based on the analysis results to verify the feasibility of the high load solid relay design.
