摘　　要：阐述自动抄表核算与电费异常智能诊断技术的特点,探讨实现自动化抄表核算、优化抄表核算系统、完善智能核算手段、优化审核复核制度、采取多样诊断的方式。This paper expounds the characteristics of automatic meter reading accounting and intelligent diagnosis technology for abnormal electricity bills,explores the implementation of automated meter reading accounting,optimization of meter reading accounting systems,improvement of intelligent accounting methods,optimization of audit and review systems,and adoption of diverse diagnostic methods.
