摘 要:面向连续变量量子随机数产生的应用场景,基于级联放大的方式构建宽带高增益平衡零拍探测器,首次将分布参数电路分析法、优化仿真法引入到平衡零拍探测器的电路设计中,针对性地改善该特高频电路的传输特性,并以系统稳定性指标为指导,寻求电路设计及关键元器件参数的最优解,完成电路设计。最终制作出带宽高于1.65 GHz、在0.2~930 MHz范围内增益平坦度达到±2 dB的平衡零拍探测器。该研究为宽带平衡零拍探测器提供了一种新的设计思路,实验所得探测器的性能有利于更高效地提取连续变量量子态随机熵源,将有效促进连续变量量子随机数发生器的速率提高和实用化发展。This study presents a highgain broadband balanced homodyne detector,utilizing cascade amplification to generate continuousvariable quantum random numbers.The innovative approach of distributed parameter circuit analysis and optimization simulation is introduced into the circuit design of the broadband balanced homodyne detector.The objective is to enhance the transmission attributes of the ultrahighfrequency circuit.This is realized by optimally combining different elements and selecting key electronic components,guided by system stability indicators.Hence,a balanced homodyne detector was developed with a bandwidth surpassing 1.65 GHz and gain flatness of±2 dB within the 0.2‒930 MHz range.This study proposes a novel design perspective for broadband balanced homodyne detectors.The enhanced features of the detectors facilitate a more efficient derivation of continuousvariable quantum state random entropy sources,thereby propelling the rate enhancement and practical advancement of continuousvariable quantum random number generators.
