摘  要:采用改进的化学气相沉积法成功制备了PbSe量子点掺杂环形芯光纤,光纤为双包层结构,其环形芯与内包层折射率差约为2.2%。通过电子探针显微分析技术测试了光纤中的元素种类及含量,在高分辨透射电子显微镜下观测到PbSe量子点的晶格结构,同时测量了拉曼光谱,证明此环形芯光纤中成功掺入PbSe量子点。这为制备半导体量子点掺杂光纤提供了重要的参考价值。利用该光纤搭建了涡旋光放大系统,在信号光波长为1550 nm处实现了1~3阶涡旋模式放大,当泵浦光功率为634 mW时,所有模式的开关增益>13 dB,差分模式增益<2.45 dB。该实验系统有望促进涡旋模式宽带放大的进一步研究。The PbSe quantum dotdoped ringcore fiber is successfully prepared using a modified chemical vapor deposition method.The fiber has a doubleclad structure,with a refractive index difference of approximately 2.2%between the ring core and the inner cladding.The types and contents of elements in the fiber are verified via electron probe microanalysis.The crystal structure of PbSe quantum dots is examined using a highresolution transmission electron microscope,and the Raman spectrum is measured.The results proved that PbSe quantum dots were doped successfully into the ringcore fiber.This provides an important reference value for preparing semiconductor quantum dotdoped fiber.The PbSe quantum dotdoped ringcore fiber is the foundation for the vortex mode amplification system.The first-to thirdorder vortex amplifying modes are realized at 1550 nm.When the pump power is 634 mW,the onoff gains of all modes are greater than 13 dB,and the differential mode gains are less than 2.45 dB.This experimental system is expected to promote further research on vortex mode broadband amplification.
