摘 要:在强迫油循环大型油浸式电力变压器中,变压器油流经绝缘纸板表面时,会发生油流带电现象。这种现象会导致变压器绝缘内部产生电场畸变和局部放电,从而损坏设备绝缘。为了抑制油流带电现象,本文中作者提出了改性油纸绝缘抑制油流带电的方法,制备了纳米TiO_(2)改性纸板与苯并三氮唑(BTA)改性绝缘油,并分析了它们的改性机理。采用旋转圆盘系统模拟变压器主绝缘运行工况,测量了改性油纸油流带电电流,并分析了其影响因素。通过建立变压器主绝缘仿真模型,模拟了产生油流带电后变压器油道内部电场畸变情况,验证了改性材料对油流带电电流与电荷积聚抑制效果,为抑制变压器主绝缘油流带电、提高变压器运行年限提供理论与技术支持。In large oil-immersed power transformers with forced oil circulation,the phenomenon of oil-flow electrification occurs as the transformer oil flows over the surface of the insulating pressboard.This phenomenon leads to electric field distortion and partial discharge inside the transformer,which damages the insulation material and the equipment.In order to suppress the oil-flow electrification phenomenon,this paper proposes a method to inhibit oil-flow electrification by modifying the oil paper material,nano-TiO_(2)modified pressboard and BTA(benzotriazole)modified insulating oil are prepared in this paper,and their modification mechanisms are analyzed.The oil flow current after adopting the suppression method is measured using a spinning disk system,and the influencing factors are analyzed.A simulation model of the transformer main insulation is established to simulate the electric field distortion inside the transformer oil channel after the oil-flow electrification phenomenon,and to verify the suppression effect of the modified materials on the oil flow current and charge accumulation.The conclusions obtained can provide theoretical support for suppressing the oil-flow electrification of the transformer main insulation and improving the operating life of the transformer.
