摘  要:本文介绍了一起因静电环引线缺陷导致的220kV电力变压器在进行出厂线端交流耐压试验时的击穿故障。阐述了故障检查情况,根据试验方案及产品结构进行了三维仿真、绝缘裕度计算,并根据检查现象和三维仿真、绝缘裕度计算结果对故障原因进行了分析。最后介绍了修理方案,并提出了后续类似结构产品的改进措施。A breakdown failure of 220kV power transformer in factory line terminal AC withstand voltage test caused by electrostatic ring lead defect is introduced by this authors in this paper.The fault inspection is described,and three-dimensional simulation and insulation margin calculation are carried out according to the test scheme and product structure.The fault cause is analyzed according to the inspection phenomenon and three-dimensional simulation and insulation margin calculation results.Finally,the repair scheme is introduced,and the improvement measures for subsequent similar structural products are proposed.
