摘 要:[目的]为了探究戊唑醇对楠木枝枯病的田间防治效果开展了本研究。[方法]通过室内试验明确了戊唑醇对楠木枝枯病病原菌假可可毛色二孢菌Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae的生物活性,采用注干和喷雾2种施药方式进行防治楠木枝枯病的田间小区试验。[结果]戊唑醇对楠木枝枯病菌的EC50为1.7298 mg/L。3%戊唑醇液剂200 mL/株,注干使用后60、75、125、180 d,在楠木各组织中均能检测到戊唑醇,其中60 d的含量最高,在木质部、韧皮部、叶片中的质量分数分别为4.81、4.06、0.63 mg/kg。田间小区试验中,100、200 mL/株的注干施药对楠木枝枯病的防治效果分别为76.19%和83.33%;戊唑醇300、600 mg/L质量浓度喷雾施药,对楠木枝枯病的防治效果分别为78.57%和88.10%。[结论]戊唑醇注干和喷雾使用均能有效防治楠木枝枯病,可在实际生产中应用.[Aims]This study was conducted to investigate the field control efficacy of tebuconazole against twig blight of Phoebe.[Methods]The biological activity of tebuconazole against the pathogen of twig blight of Phoebe,Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae,was determined through laboratory tests.Field plot trials for the control of twig blight of Phoebe were conducted using two application methods of trunk injection and spray.[Results]The ECso of tebuconazole against L.pseudotheobromae was 1.7298 mg/L.After using tebuconazole 3%SL at 200 mL per plant via trunk injection,tebuconazole could be detected in various tissues of Phoebe on day 60,75,125,and 180 after application.The highest concentration was found on day 60,with mass fractions of 4.81,4.06 and 0.63 mg/kg in the xylem,phloem and leaves,respectively.In the field plot trials,the control efficacy against twig blight of Phoebe by trunk injection at 100 and 200 mL per plant were 76.19%and 83.33%,respectively.Spraying of tebuconazole at mass concentrations of 300 and 600 mg/L resulted in control efficacy of 78.57%and 88.10%,respectively.[Conclusions]Tebuconazole applied by trunk injection and spray method can effectively control twig blight of Phoebe,and can be applied in actual production.
