摘  要:大麦条纹病是由麦类核腔菌引起的一种世界性的流行性病害,是我国大麦产区普遍发生且危害严重的病害之一,其中对长江流域和河西走廊为主的一些地区受害较为严重。研究表明,选育和利用抗病品种是防治条纹病害最有效、经济和安全的措施。本文综述了大麦条纹病病原菌、病状、抗性种质资源筛选及抗病基因定位等方面的研究进展,展望了大麦抗条纹病基因定位的重要性以及在抗病分子育种方面的应用前景。Barley leaf stripe is a worldwide epidemic disease caused by Pyrenophora graminea,and it is one of the most common and serious diseases in barley production areas in China,particularly in the Yangtze River basin and Hexi Corridor.The research demonstrated that the utilization of resistant varieties were the most effective,economical,and safe measure to control stripe disease.This article provided a comprehensive review of the research progress made in understanding the pathogens and symptoms of leaf stripe,the screening of resistant germplasm resources,the molecular mechanisms underlying plant disease resistance,and the identification of disease resistance genes.Additionally,it highlighted the significance of identifying leaf stripe resistance genes and their potential applications in molecular breeding for disease resistance.
