摘　　要：【目的】明确宁夏枸杞2种瘿蚊科害虫(枸杞红瘿蚊Gephyraulus lycantha和枸杞白瘿蚊Contarinia sp.)的形态特征差异。【方法】采用显微镜和扫描电镜对2种瘿蚊不同虫态的形态特征进行观察对比,尤其是对体色,幼虫胸骨片,蛹背棘刺,成虫触角和生殖器等进行比较。【结果】2种瘿蚊的形态特征存在明显差别,枸杞红瘿蚊虫体橙红色,幼虫胸骨片“Y”形,蛹背具不规则短棘刺,雄成虫抱握器呈方形,无刚毛,雌成虫产卵针粗壮;枸杞白瘿蚊虫体白色,幼虫胸骨片“T”形,蛹背具规则长棘刺,雄成虫抱握器呈三角状、具长刚毛,雌成虫产卵针细长。【结论】宁夏枸杞2种瘿蚊科害虫在幼虫胸骨片、蛹背棘刺、成虫生殖器均具有明显的非同种形态特征差异,建议做进一步分类学研究。研究结果可为宁夏枸杞上两种瘿蚊的鉴定、监测、防治及其进一步研究提供参考。【Objective】This study aimed to clarify and compare the morphological characteristics of two gall midge pests(Gephyraulus lycantha and Contarinia sp.)on Lycium barbarum.【Method】Microscopic and scanning electron microscopic techniques were employed to observe and compare the morphology of different stages and body parts of the two gall midges.Specifically,the body color,larval sternum slices,dorsal spines of the pupa,antennae,and genitalia were examined and compared.【Result】Significant differences were observed between the two gall midges.G.lycantha exhibited an orange-red body color,"Y"-shaped sternum in the larval stage,irregular short spines on the dorsal side of the pupa,square-shaped male adult grippers without setae,and stout oviposition needles in female adults.On the other hand,Contarinia sp.displayed a white body,"T"-shaped larval sternum,regular long spines on the dorsal side of the pupa,triangular male adult grippers with long bristles,and long and thin oviposition needles in female adults.【Conclusion】The distinct differences observed in terms of larval sternum slices,dorsal spines of the pupa,and adult genitalia between the two gall midges suggest the need for further taxonomical studies.The findings of this research can serve as a valuable reference for the identification,monitoring,control,and future investigations of these two gall midge pests on L.barbarum.
