中低龄老年人智慧养老产品和服务使用意愿研究——基于UTAUT模型的分析

摘　　要：基于UTAUT模型,采用验证性因子分析与岭回归分析,分别考察中低龄老年人对智慧养老产品和服务的使用意愿和持续使用意愿及其影响因素。研究发现:中低龄老年人对智慧养老产品和服务的使用意愿和持续使用意愿较低;绩效期望、社会影响、便利条件对其使用意愿和持续使用意愿有显著正向影响;感知风险对其使用意愿和持续使用意愿无显著影响;付出期望对不同老年人群的智慧养老产品和服务使用意愿和持续使用意愿的影响各有不同;各因素对不同老年人群的智慧养老产品和服务使用意愿和持续使用意愿的影响程度不同;分组回归实证了性别的调节效应。基于此,应在智慧养老产品和服务市场推广及使用意愿研究中更多关注子代,提高智慧养老产品和服务的适老性以使其更契合目标用户的需求,实施更多的需求型智慧养老产品和服务相关政策,通过多元主体协作提升智慧养老产品与服务的质量并提高用户参与度。On the basis of the UTAUT model,the willingness and sustained willingness of young-old and old-old to use smart care products and services as well as their influencing factors were examined respectively through confirmatory factor analysis and ridge regression analysis.The result shows that both willingness and sustained willingness of the young-old are low,and that performance expectations,social influences,and facilitating conditions have significant positive effects on(sustained)willingness.Perceived risk has no significant impact on(sustained)willingness,and the impact of giving expectations on different elderly groups varies.All factors have varied degrees of influence on different elderly groups,and group regression confirms the moderating effect of gender.Therefore,more attention should be paid to children of older adults in market promotion and usage willingness research.Besides,smart eldercare products should be more elder-centered to meet the demand of target consumers.Moreover,more demand-oriented policies should be rolled out to improve consumer engagement as well as products and services through multi-player collaboration.
