摘  要:航天产品生产过程中产品质量特性测量的准确性至关重要。生产过程中主要进行的质量特性参数测量包括:质量、质心、转动惯量。通过分析现有航天型号产品测量需求,整合操作软件算法、产品外形接口等方面的参数,进行质量质心、转动惯量测量设备整合工作,解决设备种类繁多,造成管理流程复杂、操作规范不统一等问题。本文着重参与研讨引进“质量特性一体化测量设备”,提升航天产品质量特性测量设备的通用性,以“质量特性测量中心建设”作为研究议题,探讨建设去产品化、全型号产品通用的质量特性测量中心。The accuracy of measuring product quality characteristics is crucial in the production process of aerospace products.The main quality characteristic parameters measured during the production process include:mass,center of mass,and moment of inertia.By analyzing the measurement requirements of existing aerospace model products,integrating parameters such as operation software algorithms and product appearance interfaces,the integration of quality center of mass and moment of inertia measurement equipment is carried out to solve the problems of complex management processes and inconsistent operation standards caused by a wide variety of equipment types.This paper focuses on participating in the discussion and introduction of"integrated quality characteristic measurement equipment"to enhance the universality of quality characteristic measurement equipment for aerospace products.Taking the construction of a quality characteristic measurement center as the research topic,this paper explores the construction of a quality characteristic measurement center that is de productization and universal for all models of products.
