摘 要:基于不相干声源的声能叠加与点声源的半自由场几何发散衰减公式,提出外走廊机车车外声场及声源(动力设备)贡献量预测方法。以限值严苛的出口发达国家机车为例,在设计阶段代入声源声功率及测点位置,通过该方法即可准确预估车外声级,以声能密度百分比评估声源贡献量,并按声源贡献量接近的原则,给出具体的声功率衰减值。该方法经多种车型验证行之有效,避免机车落成后整改降噪的盲目与低效,实现车外降噪由经验类比到现代设计的突破。Based on the superposition of sound energy from incoherent sound sources and the semi-free field geometric divergence attenuation formula of point sound sources,we proposed a prediction method for the external sound field and the contribution of sound sources(power equipment)of locomotives with outside corridor.Taking highly restrictive locomotives exported to developed countries as an example,the sound source power and the location of measurement points are put into in the design stage.Using this method,the sound level outside the vehicle can be accurately estimated,and the specific sound power attenuation values are given through evaluating sound source contribution based on the percentage of sound energy density and the principle of sound source contribution proximity.This method has been validated to be effective by various vehicle models,avoiding blind and inefficient noise reduction after locomotive completion,and achieving a breakthrough in external noise reduction from empirical analogy to modern design.
