摘 要:目的分析miR-223-3p、miR-328在川崎病患儿外周血中表达的意义。方法选择医院2019年6月至2020年6月诊治的川崎病患儿72例,将其纳入病例组。另选择同期体检健康的儿童72例,将其纳入对照组。检测miR-223-3p、miR-328水平,评定病例组患儿冠脉损伤情况。比较两组miR-223-3p、miR-328水平,分析不同冠脉病变程度患儿的miR-223-3p、miR-328水平,并探讨miR-223-3p、miR-328与川崎病病情相关性。结果病例组患儿miR-223-3p、miR-328水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。重度患儿miR-223-3p、miR-328水平最高,均高于轻度和中度患儿(P<0.05);中度患儿miR-223-3p、miR-328水平高于轻度患儿(P<0.05)。川崎病严重程度与miR-223-3p、miR-328水平呈正相关(P<0.05),其病情越严重,水平越高。结论miR-223-3p、miR-328在川崎病患儿外周血中高表达,且表达水平与冠脉损伤程度呈正相关,建议密切关注。Objective To analyze the significance of miR-223-3p and miR-328 expression in peripheral blood of children with Kawasaki disease.Methods Seventy-two children with Kawasaki disease in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled as case group,and another 72 healthy children underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were set as control group.Levels of miR-223-3p and miR-328 were detected in all subjects.The severity of coronary lesions was assessed in case group.Then the comparison of miR-223-3p and miR-328 levels was carried out between groups and among children with different severity degrees of coronary lesions,thereafter,the correlation of miR-223-3p and miR-328 expression with the severity of Kawasaki disease was discussed.Results The levels of miR-223-3p and miR-328 in case group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Among children with different severity degrees of coronary lesions,the levels of miR-223-3p and miR-328 were the highest in children of severe degree,followed by children of moderate degree,and were the lowest in children of mild degree,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The severity of Kawasaki disease was positively correlated with miR-223-3p and miR-328 levels(P<0.05),indicating that children with more severe disease had higher levels of the both indicators.Conclusion Expression of miR-223-3p and miR-328 are abnormally upregulated in peripheral blood of children with Kawasaki disease,and the expression level is positively correlated with the severity of coronary lesions,so the clinical detection of the two is of great significance.
