摘　　要：医院病历档案记录了医务人员和患者之间医疗活动的基本信息,可以更好的服务于医疗卫生领域。近年来,新一代人工智能技术的应用,为医院病历档案管理的数智化转型提供了发展机遇。本文通过分析医院病历档案管理应用人工智能的必要性和应用困境,从完善病历档案管理制度、发掘病案管理人员能力、加强病历档案质量与安全管理三个方面,为人工智能在医院病历档案管理中的有效应用提供路径参考。Hospital medical archives the basic information of medical activities between medical staff and patients,which can better serve the medical and health field.In recent years,the application of a new generation of artificial intelligence technology has provided a development opportunity for the digital intelligent transformation of hospital medical archives management.By analyzing the necessity and application dilemma of applying artificial intelligence in hospital medical archives management,this paper provides path reference for the effective application of artificial intelligence in hospital medical archives management from three aspects:improving the medical archives management system,exploring the ability of medical archives management personnel,and strengthening the quality and security management of medical archives.
