培育促进城市少数民族流动人口“三交”的社会心态:理论逻辑与实践路径

摘　　要：培育健康、积极的社会心态,对于促进城市少数民族流动人口交往交流交融具备根基性的重要意义。由于“融入”“交融”“流动”“安定”等客观问题存在,城市少数民族流动人口“三交”存在理论特殊性和实践难点,呼唤夯实“三交”社会心态这一政治心理基石。这种社会心态包括城市少数民族流动人口的线上社会心态、线下社会心态,本地居民的线上社会心态、线下社会心态四个方面。尽管存在一定的挑战,仍应精准施策,在城市民族工作中走心、用心、交心,让城市更好接纳各族群众、让各族群众更好融入城市。Cultivating a healthy and positive social mentality is of fundamental significance for promoting interaction,communication,and integration among urban floating populations of ethnic minorities.Due to the existence of objective problems such as blending,integration,mobility and stability,there are theoretical particularities and practical difficulties in the interaction,communication and integration of those populations,which calls for consolidating the social mentality as the cornerstone of political psychology.This social mentality includes the online and offline social mentality of the urban floating populations of ethnic minorities and the online and offline social mentality of the residents.Although there are certain challenges,accurate measures should still be taken in urban ethnic work so that cities can better accept people of all ethnic groups and help them better integrate into cities.
